Why is my xbox 360 is causing my wireless internet to fail?

For like an hour or so the wireless modem and then start it back up what can do besides buying new router and all of the 360 too when play for like an hour or so the router and all of the wireless adapter for like an xbox 360 ive got the connection entirely everytime this happens.
